 My Review

An adventure so grand, I could taste the salty sea.

Pirate adventures are some of my favorite, as I love most anything to do with the sea, adventure, and sailing. From the first paragraph, this story pulled me in, and took me on a daring and dangerous tale, with hints of romance and humor for spice. I enjoyed every minute, and almost felt as though it ended too soon.

The characters were all well rounded, with larger-than-life personalities, bringing the story to life. The author did a wonderful job of painting the scenes vividly, with what seemed like knowledgeable and accurate depictions of life at sea, sword fighting, and life fitting the general setting. I didn't notice any areas of confusion or plot holes, and enjoyed the quicker pace of the story quite a bit.

If you're looking for a good pirate adventure, definitely check this book out.
